OVERVIEW 

The film and television production industry is a fast-growing phenomenon in Georgia, which is becoming the number one place in the country selected executives to produce their projects. As a result, production studios are opening throughout Georgia to solve the ever-growing demand. Angel Eyes Studios 5, Inc., a minority and woman-owned business and Cobb County resident, stands ready to answer the call for opportunities and options for creative filming and is requesting the support, trust and buy-in of the community.   

MISSION  

Our mission is to identify and secure mutually-beneficial options for the community, by furthering the progress of filming and opening doors of opportunity for employment in Cobb County and the state of Georgia, by offering state of the art production offices and sound stages to production companies.   

MINIMAL IMPACT TO COMMUNITY  

Building in safeguards to ensure there will be minimal impact and traffic in and out of the property, will remain a priority. There will be set times for productions to work during the day. When filming at Angel Eyes Studios 5, Inc., crews will arrive to work (at production studio) at specific call times (start time) and leave when production wraps (finishes) for the day. Additionally, vehicles coming onto and leaving the property will be kept to a minimum. Angel Eyes Studios 5, Inc. will ensure there is an abundance of parking spaces for crews to park at property. Production base camps will remain parked and stationary until production wraps and transportation vehicles such as stake beds, will also have minimum movement around the property.  

MINIMAL INTERFERENCE TO NEIGHBORS 

- All filming will be conducted inside Sound Stages.

- Sets are also constructed inside a specifically designated Sound Proof wood shop.  

- There will be both natural and constructed barriers to minimize visibility, sound, etc.  

- Parking area will always be well-lit at night when filming, but natural barriers surrounding property will minimize any impact to neighbors.
